Wow, this is hard for me to write. I can't believe I'm already 34 weeks! It's blowing my mind...and my body! I feel like I'm about to explode at any minute. It's like that constant feeling like you just ate WAY too much at the all-you-can-eat buffet...times 10. (Hum...maybe I shouldn't have sat down to write this post right after eating a big lunch...it isn't helping) My belly feels so stretched taut all the time. I don't mean to complain so much, and I apologize to all of those who have to be around me on a regular basis, but whoa! I've never had so much to complain about before!

Don't get me wrong, I'm having a great time and I wouldn't trade carrying my child for anything, but I just keep getting blown away every week by how much one body can really expand in such a short amount of time. Guess that's why God gives us 40 weeks to prepare ourselves and get used to it instead of making it all come in a month. :)
We're really having fun now though, getting the room put together, organizing and thinking about Samuel actually being here...
Daniel also painted the dresser last weekend, yay! It looks a lot better than it did, and though it's a pretty hard contrast from the dark walls, I think it will look really good with the rest of the room decor. :) He did a distressed look with an antique white paint, and it turned out really nicely.

Speaking of stuff for the nursery, I can't wait for my shower! I'm getting so excited about seeing everyone, celebrating, playing games...and of course getting all the great stuff for Samuel! It will be so satisfying to get things moved into the room and into place...something about a 'nesting instinct'...I don't know. :P
Stay tuned for Andrew and Katie wedding updates and shower posts! Man our lives are a little hectic right now aren't they!?

Looking Fabulous!! Can't believe how soon it will be here, but at the same time, how much longer you have to keep expanding! ;)
Can't wait for your shower this weekend either; hope it's a fun time!
Wow! some pics! Can't wait to be holding him - won't be long, I'm guessing!
